A mighty long way

Martin Luther King Jr. day is a national holiday in these united states because there is something we are supposed to remember. Yes we should remember his words and speeches, his marches and great contributions to society. But that’s not what I’m thinking about.  Arcus Dictionary defines tenacity as persistent determination. That’s what I really admire about that legendary man. He didn’t quit. Sure things were challenging or sometimes down right hard; but resistance is what causes strength to grow. So to everyone, (including myself) who has embarked on a new journey in this new year, may God give you tenacity like Dr. King. May this tenacity help see you to your goal. For me, it’s expanding my shops offerings and thus hopefully expanding my customer base. Though it may seem a mighty long way to your goal, name and claim your tenacious spirit for 2011.
